The museum is housed in a building which was a bath house in the early 1900's. Fairbanks Convention and Visitors Bureau : A great tool for planning a visit to our Golden Heart City Fairbanks Watercolor Society : Every March we feature a watercolor show, through the Watercolor Society Festival Fairbanks has their office in the same building as our gallery and has a webcam overlooking First Avenue and Golden Heart Park. Lathrop Building : The Lathrop Building is located in the heart of downtown Fairbanks, between First and Second avenues and between Cushman and Lacey. It is home to many offices and artist studios as well as New Horizons Gallery.
