Words From Judy: Judy majored in art at San Francisco State University, took sculpting and metal smithing classes at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and sculpt ice through Ice Alaska. After exploring this wide variety of mediums she realized her passion resided in the dynamic world of glass. Judy continued her studies at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, New York. Her studies included glassblowing, cold construction and kiln work. These methods of glass working vary greatly. Much of Judy's work is achieved through a combination of kiln work, glassblowing and cold work.
